From the app
- Open Calmside and tap Settings from Home.
- Scroll to the bottom, to the Danger Zone.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
Your login, your entire migraine record, your Lumi conversations and profile, and your settings are deleted from our servers and from your phone. The app returns to the sign-in screen.
If you want to start again without losing your account, Reset My Data in the same place deletes your record and conversations and keeps your account and settings.

If you no longer have the app, or cannot sign in, email connect@modnertech.com from the address you used to sign up, with the line:
Please delete my Calmside account.
We will verify that the request comes from the account owner, delete the account and everything in it, and confirm by reply within 30 days.
What is deleted, and what is kept

A paid subscription is not cancelled by deleting the account. Cancel it in the Google Play subscriptions page on your phone, before or after deleting, to stop future charges.
